This LLC was originally performing as an HR consulting firm, and transitioned to producing a community radio station in preparation for a nonprofit structionWe continue to design and build your local community radio station on a financial break-even basis. The support to the US Highway 285 Corridor is growing 'organically' based on the expectations of our local communities and each week, we grow a little larger in terms of listenership, and responded to our community organizations and businesses to assist them through the 2020 pandemic. We continue to be successful by being "positive" and "nonpolitical." We continue to do this at a minimum of cost and regular underwriting support of Conifer Radio is essential for the station to move forward. We recognize and thank the community leaders who have stepped forward and we invite other community leaders to join us.
Who / What is Hudson Ross Associates? Hudson Ross Associates has been a Colorado-based management consulting firm specializing in outcomes-based Executive Search and interim HR Management since 1999. The principal of this firm (his name is Mark) has been working with, advising and serving well-known Colorado-based corporations and organizations across the private, non-profit and public sectors for over 35 years.
Hudson Ross Associates in 2020 adapted its management consulting practice into the design/build and delivery of a community radio station for the US Highway 285 Corridor. The Conifer Radio business plan was developed, launched in January of 2020, and adapted through the pandemic to serve our local community at a minimum of cost and in the spirit of a nonprofit public radio station. Conifer Radio will continue to organically grow to serve the community interests of the Conifer, Bailey, Pine, Evergreen Colorado and our US Highway 285 corridor communities with plan to convert to a nonprofit organization in 2023.
